Purpose

A brand awareness campaign that moves beyond the dry speak that can come with financial institutions and build the credit union’s story to be consistent and recognizable. The challenge: An aging demographic that held a large percentage of deposits, as the financial industry faced the greatest wealth transfer in history. The campaign needed to resonate with the current, older demographic while welcoming younger generation in his high-consumption years that are in need of the financial services and products the credit union offered.

Solution

Launched an SEO-driven, storytelling omni channel campaign on website, organic social media, paid digital and traditional media, in-branch and internal communication. Launch paved the way for future conversion marketing tactics that drove more than $100M in revenue, while giving the internal team a brand that aligned with business strategy and gave them a sense of identity.
